Sesame Chicken

In a pie plate (or bowl) mix the following:
2 eggs slightly beaten
2 tbsp. water
2 tbsp. soy sauce
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. white pepper

12 large chicken breast halves
½ cup flour on a plate
½ cup sesame seeds
3/4 cup melted butter

Dip chicken in flour, then in egg mixture and put on a greased jellyroll pan (spraying pan with Pam works). Tuck the ends of the chicken under. Sprinkle the prepared chicken with sesame seeds. Drizzle melted butter over the chicken.

Bake at 400 degrees for 45 minutes.

Sauce to top chicken when it is served:

½ cup butter
½ cup plus 2 tbsp. flour
2 cans chicken broth
1 cup cream
½ tsp. salt
white pepper
1 8oz. can sliced mushrooms (or sauté fresh mushrooms and put in sauce – it is better)
¼ cup fresh chopped parsley
