Fast Bisquick Quiche

5 oz ham chopped or bacon bits
colby jack cheese 1 CUP GRATED (about 1/4 pound) or some slices of muenster cheese, just torn up over ham in pan
sauteed 1 onion slow (I did 2 large for triple recipe, this will soften and sweeten the onion)
small can green chilies drained if you like them
Add any other veggies that you want that seem good to you (I did red pepper at the end of onion saute)

Sprinkle above ingredients in 9x13 pan or two pie plates (pyrex or corningware)

2 cups milk
1 cup Heart Smart Bisquick
4-5 eggs or egg substitute
dash salt and pepper

First whisk 1 cup milk with the eggs til smooth, then add bisquick and whisk til smooth, then whisk in the last cup of milk. Pour over ham, cheese etc., and then

Bake at 350 in pyrex or corningware, 30-40 minutes, until knife in middle comes out fairly clean. The top will be browned on the edges.

Serves about 12 people with a normal size piece
but triple the recipe for 15-16 people if they are teenagers mostly (one 9x13 or two pie plates)
