French Dip Sandwiches

This is always great on a cold day, especially when you don’t have time to peel potatoes.
Cook roast overnight or all day in crock pot. I use Knorr oxtail soup but you can pour over a can of Coke and french onion soup also.
Slice hard rolls and put on meat. They can stay warm covered with foil in the oven this way,
Serve with au juice, green beans and fruit.
